Installing the coolant return line for the exhaust turbocharger

• Replace the banjo bolt of the coolant return line.

  Parts  : Hollow bolt

• Replace seals (1).

• Insert and install the coolant return line for the left exhaust turbocharger.
• If fitted: Make sure that the valve stem seal is correctly positioned on the guide pin (2) on the exhaust turbocharger.
• Tighten the banjo bolt (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Banjo bolt for coolant pipe to exhaust turbocharger
  Hollow bolt Replace the banjo bolt.	Joining torque	8 Nm
  	Angle of rotation	60°

• Replace (1) the sealing rings of the coolant lines (2).

• Connect the coolant return line (3) to the other coolant lines.
• Tighten down screw (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Coolant line from exhaust turbocharger to bracket
  M6x30	tightening torque	8 Nm

• Remove the lint-free polishing cloth (1) from the generator.
