Take engine out of installation orientation

• Turn the special tool 2 361 506 (00 6 103)  to lower the engine until it lies completely on the engine mounts.

• Feed out the special tool 0 490 567 (11 0 020)  at the special tool 2 459 012  and set aside.
• Feed out the special tool 0 490 567 (11 0 020)  at the engine mounting bracket (1) at the rear and set aside.

  NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
  Conduct the following operation with the assistance of a second person.
• Remove the engine bridge (1) with the help from another person.

• Keep all the standard tools ready.

  1	Standard torque wrench
  2	Swivel extension
  3	External Torx socket E14

• Position the standard tools (1).

• Tighten the screw (1) of the left engine mount with a standard tool (2) at side.
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Engine mount to engine support bracket
  M12	Tightening torque	100 Nm

• Tighten the screw (1) of the right  engine mount from the top with a standard tool.

• Loosen the screws (1) from the special tool 2 459 012 
• Guide out and remove the special tool 2 459 012  on the cylinder head.
