Installing the high-pressure line between the high-pressure pump and the high-pressure rail

• Guide in the high pressure line (4) in the mount (3) and install.
• Tighten the union nuts (arrows) with the special tool 0 495 280 (13 0140)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  High pressure line between the rail and the high pressure pump
  M 14x1.5	Tightening torque	33 Nm

• Feed in and install wiring harness section of the engine wiring harness (4).

  The locks (3) must engage audibly.

• Connect connectors (1) and (2) and lock.

  The connectors (1) and (2) must audibly engage.

• Refer to INSTALL ALL IGNITION COILS .
• Refer to WHEN WORKING ON THE LAST CYLINDER: MOUNTING THE SERVICE OPENING IN THE SOUND INSULATION ON TOP OF THE ENGINE .
• Refer to INSTALLING ACOUSTIC COVER .
• Refer to DISCONNECTING ALL BATTERY GROUND LEADS .
