Installing servomotor for the eccentric shaft
- Replace seal (1).
Parts: Gasket
- Press the gasket (1) in to the stop on the housing.
- Grease the gearing (1) of the eccentric shaft servomotor (2) in the marked
area.
Parts: lubricating. grease
Consumable
Lubricating grease Longtime PD-1 400 g, Cartridge 83192160340 - Clean motor oil from the sealing surface (1).
- Insert the servomotor (1) to the gearing.
- Turn the drive shaft of the servomotor (1) to the right until the servomotor (1) is flush with the cylinder head.
- Tighten down screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Electrical servomotor to cylinder head M6 Tightening torque 10 Nm - Connect connector (1).
- Clip in the coolant hose with the clamp (1) on the holder (2).NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Make sure that the connections are locked correctly. The locks must engage audibly. - Feed in the tank vent line (2) and connect it to the tank vent valve in the marked area.
- Connect the tank vent line (2) to the intake plenum and tighten the screw (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Tank vent line to intake system Tightening torque 5 Nm
