Installing the auxiliary coolant pump for the exhaust turbocharger
NOTE:
RISK OF DAMAGE
Non-visible damage to the coolant pump.
Forcibly removing, installing or dropping the coolant pump down will damage it.

Forcibly removing, installing or dropping the coolant pump down will damage it.
- Remove and install the coolant pump without damaging it and without applying external force.
- Avoid impacts/knocks to the coolant pump (e.g. by tools, falling down, hard contact with base).
- Replace coolant pump after being dropped or hard impacts/knocks.
NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Make sure that the connections are locked correctly. The locks must engage audibly.

- Feed in and position auxiliary coolant pump.
- Feed in and install retainer (4) in the marked area.
- Tighten nut (3).
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

- Feed in and install coolant line (2).
- Make sure that the coolant line (2) engages audibly.
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
- Make sure the connector (1) engages audibly.
