Install heat management module

• Replace the profile seal (1) and the O-ring (2).

  Parts:  Profile seal and O-ring

• Make sure that the closure (3) is correctly installed and remount the closure (3) as needed.

  NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
  The sealing surfaces must be free of oil, grease and cleaning agents.
• Clean the sealing surfaces (1) and (2).

• Position the heat management module (1).

• Tighten screws in the order (1) to (6).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Heat exchange module to crankcase
  M6	tightening torque	8 Nm

  Make sure that the connections are locked correctly. The locks must engage audibly.
• Lock and connect the coolant hoses (2) and (3).
• Connect connector (1).
