Remove expansion valve

NOTE: DANGER High-voltage system. The high-voltage system operates on the basis of hazardous, electrical voltage and high currents. Mortal hazard through electric shock!

Preliminary work

Suction the AIR CONDITIONING .
Remove the acoustic COVER .
Remove the hood rear SEAL .
Remove the rear left engine compartment COVER
Remove left and right WIPER ARM .
Remove the cowl COVER .
Remove spring bolt TRAILING LINK .
Remove the center cowl UPPER PART .
Remove rear acoustic COVER .

Unclip the cover (1) in this area (2) and remove in the direction of the arrow.

Loosen screws (1).
Remove the E-Box (2) and place to one side.

Open the holder (1).

Unfasten nut (1).
Remove the refrigerant line (2).

Loosen screws (1).
Remove the expansion valve (2).
