Installing front brake caliper (17-inch Low brake)

• Fit and tighten brake hose (1)  on brake caliper.

  If necessary, grip at knurling (2)  .

  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Brake hose to brake caliper, front
  	Tightening torque	17 Nm

• Make sure the brake hose is not twisted and resting on components attached to the body.
• If required, attach brake hose to the holder (3)  .

Follow-up work 

• Remove the brake pedal TENSIONER .
• GREASE THE BRAKE PADS , the brake anchor plate and the brake caliper with the brake pad paste (17-inch low brake).
• Install front BRAKE PADS  (17-inch low brake).
• Install the front brake pad WEAR SENSOR .
• Install front left or right WHEEL .
• Connect the brake fluid BLEEDER UNIT .
• FLUSH AND BLEED  the front axle brake circuit (brake high).
• Disconnect the brake fluid BLEEDER UNIT .
• COMMISSION/BEDD IN new brake pads and brake discs.
