Install front brake hose

• Attach brake hose to the holder (1).

  Observe installation sequence: 

  • Secure brake hose - in the holders.
  • Move wheels into straight-ahead position.
  • Screw brake hose onto the connection between pipe and brake hose.
  • Screw brake hose on brake caliper.
• Position and tighten the union screw (2). If necessary, use the square end (3) for counter support.

  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Brake pipe screw connection/Union screws
  	Tightening torque	17 Nm

• Position and tighten the brake hose (1) on the brake caliper and use the knurling (2) for counter support as needed.
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Brake hose to brake caliper, front
  	Tightening torque	17 Nm

• Attach brake hose to the holder (3).

Follow-up work 

• Install front left or right WHEEL .
• Remove the brake pedal TENSIONER .
• Connect the brake fluid BLEEDER UNIT .
• FLUSH AND BLEED  the front axle brake circuit (brake high).
• Disconnect the brake fluid BLEEDER UNIT .
