Removing the wiring harness section of the transmission wiring harness

WARNING:

- Make sure that there is no charger connected to the jump start terminal in the engine compartment.
- Detach battery ground lead from battery.
- For auxiliary batteries: Detach battery minus cables from all auxiliary batteries.

Damage to wires when disconnecting connectors and plug connections.
Sheared wires can cause a short circuit.
Damage to wires when disconnecting connectors and plug connections.
Sheared wires can cause a short circuit.
- Do not pull on wires when disconnecting connectors and plug connections.
- Unlock and loosen connector (1).
- Release the clamps (arrows).
- Loosen screws (2).
- Remove wiring harness section transmission wiring harness (3) and put to one side.

- Do not pull on wires when disconnecting connectors and plug connections.
- Release the clamps (arrows).
- Un-thread wiring harness section transmission wiring harness (1) and put to one side.
- Unfasten nut (1).
- Unlock and release the clamps (arrows).
- Feed out terminal 50 (2) and lay to one side.
- Unlock and loosen clamp (1).
- Guide and remove cover (2) in arrow direction.
- Unlock and loosen connector (1).
- Unlock and remove the connector (1) in the direction of the arrow.
- Unlock and loosen connector (2).
- Un-thread and remove wiring harness section of transmission wiring harness.
