Installing the retaining pin for the linkage of air flap control at the top

Preliminary works 

• Remove front UNDERBODY PROTECTION/FRONT THRUST FIELD .
• Remove the cover on the charge AIR COOLER .

• Open the air flap to the right and left before installing the retaining pin (1).
• Note the mounting orientation of the retaining pin (1).
• Install the retaining pin (1) and let it engage audibly.

Follow-up Work 

• Install the cover on charge AIR COOLER .
• Install front UNDERBODY PROTECTION AND/OR FRONT STIFFENING PLATE .
