Flush and bleed the front axle brake circuit (brake high)

• Two different fixed brake calipers are installed!
• In both variants, the outside (1) must be vented first.

  Then vent on the inside (2).

• Start flushing at the right front. 
• Connect the vent hose with the collecting vessel to the bleed valve (1) on the front right brake caliper.
• Open the bleed valve (1) and purge it until clear, bubble-free brake fluid emerges.
• Close bleed valve (1).

  Fixed caliper front bleed valve from brake caliper manufacturer Continental
  Bleed valve	Tightening torque	15 Nm

• Connect the vent hose with the collecting vessel to the bleed valve (1) on front right brake caliper.
• Open bleed valve (1) and purge it until clear, bubble-free brake fluid emerges.
• Close bleed valve (1).

• Carry out the same procedure on the front left wheel brake.

Follow-up work 

• Disconnect the brake fluid BLEEDER UNIT .
