Installing front brake caliper (high brake)

• Install the brake caliper in the arrow direction.
• Replace screws (1).

  Parts:  Screws

• Tighten down screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Brake caliper/brake anchor plate at front swivel bearing
  M12 Replace screw.	Tightening torque	110 Nm

• Fit and tighten brake hose (1) on brake caliper.

  If necessary, grip at knurling (2).

  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Brake hose to brake caliper, front
  	Tightening torque	17 Nm

• Make sure the brake hose is not  twisted and resting on components attached to the body.
• If necessary, hook the brake hose in the holder (3).

Follow-up work 

• Remove the brake pedal TENSIONER .
• Grease BRAKE PADS , brake anchor plate and brake caliper with brake pad paste (brake high).
• Install FRONT PADS  (high brake).
• Install the front brake pad WEAR SENSOR .
• Install front left or right WHEEL .
• Connect the brake fluid BLEEDER UNIT .
• FLUSH AND BLEED  the front axle brake circuit (brake high).
• Disconnect the brake fluid BLEEDER UNIT .
• COMMISSION OR BEDD IN new brake pads and discs (high brake).
