Install brake booster

• Screw in the brake booster (1) in the firewall.

• Install the nuts (1) and tighten.
• Replace nuts.

  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Brake booster to pedal assembly console
  M8 Replace nuts. Retighten 1x on brake booster after 10 min.	Tightening torque	22 Nm

• Lock the brake pedal (1) in arrow direction with the brake booster.

  Ensure that the brake pedal is completely locked with the brake booster!

• Install return check valve (1) in arrow direction into brake booster.
• Attach vacuum line in the holder (2).

• Attach brake lines (3) in the guides.
• Install the cover (2).
• Insert screws (1) and tighten them.

• Install air duct (1).

Follow-up work 

• Install brake LIGHT SWITCH .
• Prepare for the installation of the tandem brake MASTER CYLINDER .
• Install the tandem brake MASTER CYLINDER .
• Install the EXPANSION TANK .
• Install the pedal assembly trim PANEL .
• Install the WIPER CONSOLE .
• Install shock tower TENSION STRUT .
• Install windshield panel COVER .
• Install left and right WIPER ARM .
• Install the rear right engine compartment COVER .
• Connect the brake fluid BLEEDER UNIT .
• FLUSH AND VENT  the rear axle brake circuit.
• FLUSH AND BLEED  the front axle brake circuit (brake high).
• Disconnect the brake fluid BLEEDER UNIT .
