Installing the high-voltage cable

• Feed in the high-voltage cable (2) from the bottom.
• Position the high-voltage cable (2) in the holder (1).

• Feed in the rubber grommets (4) of the high-voltage cable (3).
• Fasten the holder (2).
• Tighten nut (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Underbody planking on body
  Plastic nut	Tightening torque	2.6 Nm

• Position the cable clip below and tighten the nut (1).

• Insert the connector (3) of the high-voltage cable straight and tighten the screws (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  High-voltage cable to electrical machine electronics
  M6x25 Tighten screws in crosswise sequence.	Joining torque	3 Nm
  	Tightening torque	8 Nm

• Tighten nuts (1).

  Holder for tension relief
  M6	Tightening torque	8 Nm

• Position the holder (1) and lock it in the marked area.
• Feed in the rubber grommets (3) of the high-voltage cable.
• Connect connectors (2) and lock.

• Position the holder and tighten the screw (2).

• Position the sealing frame (2).
• Tighten the screws (1).

• Tighten nuts (1).

• First feed in the line clip (2) with the two holders (1) to the top.

• Lock both the locks (1) by turning upwards.

• Connect connectors (3) and lock.
• Connect connectors (2) and lock.
• Position the holder and tighten the screws (1).

Follow-up work 

• Fit the undercarriage HEAT INSULATION .
• Install the complete EXHAUST SYSTEM
• If installed: install the right, and on the left TORSION STRUT .
• Install the tunnel connect SUPPORTS
• Reconnect all battery GROUND LEADS .
