Installing coolant pumps

• Replace gasket (1).

• Replace the sealing rings (1).

  NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
  The sealing surfaces must be free of oil, grease and cleaning agents.
• Make sure that the fitting sleeve is in the crankcase.
• Clean sealing surface.

• Insert the coolant pump (1).
• Connect the connector (1) to the coolant pump (2) and lock audibly.

• Position the coolant pump (1) on the crankcase.

• Tighten the screw (1) (M6x90).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Coolant pump to crankcase
  M6	tightening torque	10 Nm

• Tighten the screw (2) (M6x70).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Coolant pump to crankcase

• Tighten down screws (1).

• Tighten down screw (1).

• Pin up connector (1) and lock audibly.
• Connect and audibly lock coolant hose (2).
• Connect and audibly lock coolant hose (3).

• Connect the coolant line (2)  to the coolant pump.
• Tighten down screw (1).

  Coolant line to cylinder head
  M6	tightening torque	8 Nm

• Connect the coolant line (2) to the coolant pump.
• Tighten down screw (1).
