Installing coolant feed line for exhaust turbocharger

• Check the O-ring (1) for damage and replace if necessary.
• Coat the O-ring (1) with coolant.

  Technically suitable antifreeze and anti-corrosion agents

• Protect the air duct of the alternator (3) against contamination using a lint-free rag.
• Position the coolant feed line (2) at the Y-connector.
• Tighten down screw (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Coolant line from exhaust turbocharger to bracket
  M6x30	tightening torque	8 Nm

• Clip in the coolant feed line in area (1) on the bracket.

• Connect and lock the coolant line (1).

  The retailing clip must engage audibly.
