- Release and remove the coolant return line (1) with a suitable tool (2).
- Detach the coolant return line at the clamp (1).
- Unscrew the bolts (2) and set the engine wiring harness aside.
- Unlock coolant line (3) and detach.
- Detach the coolant lines (1) from the holder.
- Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
- Unclip engine wiring harness in the marked area.
- Unlock the holder (2) and set the wiring harness (3) aside.
- Detach the ventilation line (4) in the marked area.
- Detach the ventilation line (1) in the marked area.
- Unlock and detach the ventilation line (2).
- Unscrew the bolt (3) and guide the ventilation line (4) out.
- Unlock and disconnect the plug connections (1) and (2).
- Unlock and detach the coolant feed line (1).
- Unlock the clamp (2) and detach the coolant line.
- Loosen screws (1).
- Loosen screws (1).
- Detach the coolant feed line (2).
- Lay holder (3) to one side.NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Additional coolant can leakage. Make sure that no coolant enters the intake port of the cylinder head. - Loosen screws in the order (5) to (1).
- Thread out intake plenum and remove.
