Installing all the engine ventilation lines
- Feed in and position the engine ventilation line.
- Tighten down screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Engine ventilation line screw Tightening torque 9.3 Nm - Slightly press down the wiring harness in the area (1).
- Insert and position the engine ventilation line (3).
- Position the intake pipe (2).
- Lock the retaining clips (1).
The retaining clips (1) must audibly engage.
- Feed in the intake pipe (2) and position.
- Lock the retaining clip (1).
The retaining clip (1) must engage audibly.
- Clip in the intake pipe (2) into the holder in the area (3).
- Lock the retaining clip (1).
The retaining clip (1) must engage audibly.
- Feed in and install the engine ventilation line (2).
- Tighten the screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Engine ventilation line screw Tightening torque 9.3 Nm - Position the wiring harness (2).
- Tighten down screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Wiring harness on the cylinder head cover M6x16 screw Tightening torque 10 Nm Nut M6 Tightening torque 10 Nm - Guide in and install cover (3).
- Position engine ventilation line (2).
- Connect and lock retaining clip (1).
