Air Distribution Door Motor -V428-, Removing And Installing: Installing
Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:
There is a risk of damaging the adjustment motor electronics when turning the mount.
- Turn the adjustment motor mount only when the wiring harness is connected.
- Install the mount carefully and slowly by hand.
-- Check the shaft -E- and the mount -D- for the actuator -B-. They must be properly aligned so that they can be joined.
-- Attach the actuator mount -D- to the curved washer shaft -E-.
-- Connect the connector -C-.
-- Tighten the bolts -A-.
-- Route the wiring harness to the connector -C- so that it cannot come in contact with any moving parts.
-- Perform a basic setting for the A/C system. Refer to GENERAL INFORMATION AND PROCEDURES - ACTUATORS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Tightening Specification
