- Dual Clutch
- Removing and Installing. Refer to DUAL CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Flywheel

- Alignment Sleeve

- Replace after removing
- Transmission Housing Bolt
- Replace after removing
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
- Transmission Fluid Pump

- Transmission Housing

- Seal
- Replace after removing
- Oil Guide Piece Drive Axle
- Differential Housing Bolt
- Replace after removing
- Tightening Specification. Refer to -Item 8- : Bolt .
- Circlip
- Replace after removing
- Alignment Sleeve
- Seal
- Replace after removing
- Bolt
- Replace after removing
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 3.
Transmission Housing - Tightening Specification and Sequence
-- Tighten the bolts in three steps in the sequence shown:
| Step | Bolts | Tightening Specification |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | -1 to 9- | Install by hand evenly until the bolt head contacts the transmission housing |
| 2 | -1 to 9- | Tighten one after the other to 10 Nm + 90° |
| 3 | -Arrow- | Tighten the remaining bolts clockwise to 10 Nm + 90° |
Gear Set - Tightening Specification and Sequence
-- Push the centering bracket -A- all the way in.
Bolt -6- without centering sleeve.
-- Tighten the bolts in two steps in the sequence shown:

| 1 | -1 to 6- | Install by hand evenly until the bolt head contacts the transmission housing |
| 2 | -1 to 6- | Tighten one after the other to 15 Nm + 90° |
