Radiator, Removing And Installing, AUDI A6/A7: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

If there are small impressions on the slats. Refer to RADIATOR AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .
Change all of the coolant after replacing the radiator.

-- Install the charge air cooler. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the impact member. Refer to IMPACT MEMBER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Connect the coolant hose to the connector coupling. Refer to Figure.

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, FILLING .
