Coolant Pump Toothed Belt, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

• Replace bolts that were tightened with an additional turn after removing them.
• Note the toothed belt sprocket installation location -item  : Toothed Belt Sprocket.
• Used coolant cannot be used again.

-- Install the Oil Pressure Switch, Level 3 -F447-. Refer to Oil Pressure Switch, Level 3 -F447-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Connect the coolant hose to the connector coupling. Refer to Figure.

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, FILLING USING Cooling System Charge Kit: VAS6096 [DMSA, DMSB] .

-- Install the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
