Installing air conditioning compressor

Prepare for the installation of the air conditioning compressor 

• Screw the screws (2) in the threaded support sleeves (1).
• Slightly press back the threaded support sleeves (1) with the help of screws (2) in the direction of arrow.
• Screw the screws (2) out of the threaded support sleeves (1) once again.

• Replace O-rings.

  Parts:  O-rings

• Guide in and position the air conditioning compressor (1) from above.
• Correctly position the refrigerant lines on the air conditioning compressor (1).
• Tighten the screws (2).

• Correctly position the air conditioning compressor (2).
• Tighten the screws (1).

• Slide the coolant hose (1) slightly to the side.
• Connect connectors (2) and lock.

Follow-up Work 

• Fasten the connecting piece REFRIGERANT LINE
• Install the alternator DRIVE BELT .
• Install the front engine ACOUSTIC COVER .
• Fasten the charge AIR LINE
• Install RESONATOR .
• Install acoustic COVER .
• Evacuate and fill AIR CONDITIONING .
• Run in the new air conditioning COMPRESSOR .
