Remove right exhaust manifold

- Refer to REMOVING ENGINE VENTILATION LINE .
- Refer to REMOVING LEFT CLEAN AIR PIPE .
- Refer to REMOVING FAN COWL .
- Refer to DRAINING THE COOLANT FOR THE CHARGE AIR COOLER .
- Refer to REMOVING LEFT CHARGE AIR COOLER .
- Refer to IF INSTALLED: REMOVE THE TORSION STRUT ON THE RIGHT AND LEFT WHERE REQUIRED .
- Refer to BLOCKING THE BELT TENSIONER WITH THE SPECIAL TOOL .
- Refer to REMOVING DRIVE BELT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE ALTERNATOR .
- Refer to DETACH THE CHARGE AIR HOSE FROM THE EXHAUST TURBOCHARGER OF CYLINDERS 5 TO 8 .
- Refer to RELEASING THE CHARGE AIR HOSE FROM THE EXHAUST TURBOCHARGER OF THE CYLINDERS 1 TO 4 .
- Refer to RELEASING THE OIL FEED LINE FROM THE EXHAUST TURBOCHARGER OF THE CYLINDERS 1 TO 4 .
- Unscrew the banjo bolt (1). Release the oil feed line (2) and set aside.
- Refer to REMOVING THE OIL RETURN LINE FROM THE OIL RETURN COVER OF CYLINDERS 1 TO 4 .
- Refer to LOOSEN THE BANJO BOLT OF THE COOLANT RETURN LINE AT THE EXHAUST TURBOCHARGER FOR CYLINDERS 1 TO 4 .
- Refer to RELEASING THE BANJO BOLT FROM THE COOLANT RETURN LINE ON THE EXHAUST TURBOCHARGER FOR CYLINDERS 5 TO 8 .
- Refer to RELEASING THE OIL FEED LINE FROM THE EXHAUST TURBOCHARGER OF CYLINDERS 5 TO 8 .
- Refer to DETACHING THE COOLANT FEED LINE ON THE EXHAUST TURBOCHARGER FOR CYLINDERS 5 TO 8 .
- Refer to LOOSEN THE HOLLOW SCREW FOR THE OIL SUPPLY LINE ON THE EXHAUST GAS TURBOCHARGER FOR CYLINDERS 5 TO 8 .
- Refer to RELEASING THE BANJO BOLT FOR THE COOLANT FEED LINE ON THE EXHAUST TURBOCHARGER FOR CYLINDERS 5 TO 8 .
- Refer to REMOVING THE EXHAUST TURBOCHARGER FOR THE CYLINDERS 1 TO 4 .
- Refer to REMOVING EXHAUST TURBOCHARGER FOR CYLINDERS 5 TO 8 .
- Refer to RELEASING THE SCREW ON THE FRONT LEFT HEAT SHIELD .
- Refer to UNSCREW THE SCREW AT THE HEAT SHIELD AT THE FRONT RIGHT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE FRONT HEAT PROTECTION .
- Refer to CLOSE THE OIL HOLES ON THE EXHAUST TURBOCHARGER .
- Loosen nuts.
- Remove the sliding rail (1).
- Remove the exhaust manifold (2).
