Perform Flushing 2

• Start Flushing 2 on the A/C service station.
• Perform Flushing 2 for at least 30 minutes.

  Check 

• Once Flushing 2 is complete, check whether the refrigerant in the sight glass on the A/C service station is clean: 

  Result 

  » Refrigerant in sight glass is clean.

  Measure

  • Both flushings are complete.

  Result 

  » Refrigerant in sight glass is not yet clean.

  Measure

  • Fully repeat Flushing 2.

Follow-up work 

• Remove all SPECIAL TOOLS .
• Install the electric A/C COMPRESSOR  (EKK).
• Install control unit BRACKET .
• Install the integrated POWER SUPPLY MODULE (PDM).
• Install the DME CONTROL UNIT .
• Install acoustic COVER .
• Connect the COOLANT LINES for the low-temperature coolant circuit.
• Fill the high-temperature COOLING SYSTEM with the vacuum fill equipment
• Vent the high-temperature COOLANT SYSTEM .
• Check the high-temperature COOLING SYSTEM for watertightness.
• Install the UNDERBODY PROTECTION of the steering gear or the front thrust field.
• Install the front UNDERBODY PROTECTION or front thrust field.
• Install EXPANSION VALVE .
• EVACUATE and charge conditioning.
• Reconnect all battery GROUND LEADS .
• Delete FAULT MEMORY
