Install front axle support
- Secure the front axle support (1) on the special tool with a luggage strap.
- Carefully lift the special tool 0 490 133 (00 2 030)
and position the front axle support (1) on the vehicle.
Tighten the screws on the left and right front axle support
- Replace screws (1).

Front axle carrier to body, front M12
Replace screws.Joining torque
108 Nm Angle of rotation
45° - Replace screws (2).
Parts: screw
- Tighten down screws (2).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Front axle support to center of body M12
Replace screws.Joining torque 108 Nm Angle of rotation 45° - Replace screws (3).
Parts: screw
- Tighten down screws (3).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Front axle carrier to body rear M14
Replace screws.Joining torque
108 Nm Angle of rotation
45° NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side. - Replace screws (1).
Parts: screw
- Tighten the screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Bottom bumper bracket on the front subframe. M8x100 Replace screws. Tightening torque
19 Nm - Remove the luggage strap (1).
- Lower the special tool 0 490 133 (00 2 030)
and put away.
