Installing coolant pumps

• Loosen screw (1).
• Feed out coolant line (2) and remove.

• Feed in and install the coolant pump (1).

• Tighten down screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Coolant pump to component carrier
  M6x20	tightening torque	10.5 Nm

• Tighten down screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Coolant pump to component carrier

• Coat the sealing ring (1) on the coolant line (2) with fresh coolant.

• Insert the coolant line (2) and install it.
• Tighten down screw (1).

  Coolant line of coolant radiator to coolant pump
  M6x20	tightening torque	10.5 Nm

• Connect and lock coolant line (1).

  The coolant line (1) must engage audibly.

• Feed the cleaning cloth (1) out of the crankcase (2) and set it aside.
