Engine wiring harness for sensor system 2
NOTE:

Improper routing of cables and wiring harnesses.
Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions.

Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions.
- Route all cables without abrasions, do not trap and crush.
- Feed in the engine wiring harness (1) for the sensor system 2 and install it.
- Feed in the engine wiring harness (6) for the sensor system 2 and install it.
The locks (arrows) must engage audibly.
- Feed in differential pressure sensor (5) and position.
- Tighten down screw (4).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Differential pressure sensor to holder TS6X18 Tightening torque 3.5 Nm - Connect connectors (3) and lock.
The connector (3) must engage audibly.
- Connect the connector (2) with engine wiring harness (6) for the sensor system 2 and lock it.
The connectors (2) must engage audibly.
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connectors (1) must engage audibly.
- Version A:
Feed in the engine wiring harness (2) for sensor system 2 and install it.
Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connectors (1) must engage audibly.
Secure the clamps (arrows).
- Version B:
Feed in the engine wiring harness (2) for sensor system 2 and install it.
Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connectors (1) must engage audibly.
Secure the clamps (arrows).
- Feed in the engine wiring harness (5) for sensor system 2 and install it.
- Ensure that locks (4) engage audibly.
- Tighten nut (3).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Front ground cable to cylinder head M6 Tightening torque 8 Nm - Connect connectors (2) and lock.
The connector (2) must engage audibly.
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connectors (1) must engage audibly.
- Secure the clamps (arrows).
- Feed in and position auxiliary coolant pump (4).
- Feed in and position retaining bracket (3).
- Tighten nut (2).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Electric coolant pump to holder M6 Tightening torque 8 Nm - Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
- Feed in the engine wiring harness (4) for the sensor system 2 and install it.
- Secure clamps (3).
- Connect connector (1) with the electric coolant pump (2) and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
